I write as a guest columnist for the Inyo Register with the belief that "The Best is Yet to Be." I came to Califonria farom Madison Wiscosnin in 1948 and brought with me the idealism and desire for public service that was part of our heritage. Now apparoaching 87 I realize every day is a gift.
